YOGA AT GT FITNESS
A dynamic flow class to build strength, balance, co-ordination, body control as well as mindfulness. This class is for all abilities and aims to help improve your flexibility and mobility. It is suitable for anyone leading either a sedentary or active lifestyle and especially goes hand in hand with those who already train in terms of any sport.
BROGA AT GT FITNESS
This yoga class is all about having fun but still moving dynamically with our breath, getting mobile, flexible, strong and playing with inversions. Broga is for anyone and everyone. If you don’t take yourself too seriously, fancy moving but having a laugh while doing so and love moving to some great tunes then join us in the Zen Den every Tuesday 19:30-20:30.
