This course is designed for all those new to the CrossFit methodology. There are quite a few movements, and variations of movements, used on a regular basis in our classes. All of these movements are wonderful tools to help improve fitness, but each requires a varying degree of tuition and practise, before intensity can be added.
WHAT IS IT ?
This six part course will see you guided through a syllabus one to one with one of our coaches. Whilst the movements to learn, and the information to share is predetermined, this individual approach allows you to have the instruction tailored to you, learn at your own pace, and ask questions as you see fit.
These six sessions can be arranged with your coach over a period of up to six weeks, during which time you are encouraged to attend our other classes. This blend of theory and practical learning will see you well prepared to enter classes with confidence, joining our huge range of members on their journeys to fitness.
