CrossFit has taken the world by storm in the last fifteen years. Now the world’s leading fitness programme, it achieves results no other programme can, in a fun community atmosphere, and it works for anyone! Unlike the many programmes you may have encountered where there is no option for the newcomer, or less developed athlete, we boast the opposite. With clients from 16-73, from all walks of life, and all shapes and sizes, we pride ourselves on being able to adapt every class to benefit everyone on it! Don’t be fooled into thinking that means it’s easy, it’s not, it’s as difficult as you need it to be!
Whilst CrossFit really is for anyone, some people prefer a less technical workout, with less focus on a barbell. For that reason, each and every CrossFit class, we offer a Metcon track. Whether you hit this workout every time, or use it as a break from regular CrossFit workouts, it can offer a nice change of pace, or work as a stepping stone towards CrossFit classes in the future. Either way, there’s always an option for you, and a coach on hand to teach you everything you need to know, and help you decide how best to adapt each workout to your ability and goals.

*Those who have not trained with the CrossFit methodology before will be able to try one class, after which they will be restricted to the Metcon track until they have completed a foundations course. Please ask your coach for more details on foundations.
