For as long as gyms are closed through either lockdowns or tiered restrictions, we will offer some services to the local community for free.
This is not aimed at taking customers away from other PTs and independent gyms - they need your loyalty, so please stay with them! This is an offer of guidance to those who need advice on food shopping and meal prep, nutrition, or structuring workouts, and methods for training without equipment. We exist for one reason; to improve the health and fitness of the community. We are passionate about all things health, and love seeing what we offer help to transform the lives of our clients. We take pride in catering for people at every stage of their fitness journey, and can adapt both our programmes and our health guidance to suit a wide range of people.
To ensure results across the board, we take a holistic approach to programme design, including mobility, lifestyle, nutrition, strength and aerobic conditioning. Whilst all of these will be covered in overview during our classes, a more detailed, bespoke service is always available through personal training.
