The GT Fitness facilities are available via a range of membership choices, including the brand new incentive of club memberships. These memberships solely focus on Nutrition, Running and Weightlifting sessions. Current GT Fitness members can add a club membership to their existing membership which can save you money on your monthly payments.

This sustainable health solution is based on weekly meetings, each week on a Monday evening at 8pm. Total time will vary slightly depending on numbers, but each week will contain some or all of the following:
Body measurements (non invasive)
Blood pressure measurements
Body fat calculations
Resting heart rate analysis
Tracking of data
This unique club meets once per week, on a Thursday evening from 7-8pm. Each class contains a mixture and variety of running focused skills, drills and workouts, meaning you can expect one or more of the following from your class:
Breath work and education
Running technique and analysis
Advice and guidance
Discussion of upcoming races
We don’t just want you to get faster, we want you to get BETTER! To increase your efficiency, or reduce you likelihood of injury, this class is for you, regardless of whether you race marathons, or 400 metres scares you.
Taken by professional coaches, the GT Fitness weightlifting club will develop your lifting technique while offering expert advice on recovery and positioning.
