GT Fitness' foundations course is instrumental in the learning and breaking down the fundamental movements within CrossFit.
The movements you will learn on the course are functional and mimic movements within every day life. The course offers a platform to aid the understanding of these movements, how to perform them safely, the benefits and the mechanics behind the movements.
Within the course you will learn the history and the methodology behind CrossFit and why it is such an effective program.
The course will give you a great introduction to GT Fitness, to what we offer and help to familiarise yourselves with the space.
We will also touch down on nutrition within the foundations course so that you can understand health and fitness as a holistic concept and how best to implement positive changes to your life going forward.
We have recently put together the latest dates for our next foundations course for November. Spaces are limited to 12 so book on quickly to secure your slot.
The course will run over three dates. You will need to attend all three.

CrossFit taster session.
If you haven't been down to GT Fitness for a free CrossFit taster session then follow these instructions:
Click on the CrossFit class time you wish to attend from the Timetable and follow the directions to signup
When prompted enter the code: TASTER to claim your free CrossFit class.
Once you have completed a CrossFit taster class it is required that you do our foundations course before booking any more CrossFit classes.
